another beautiful day
plenty of warmth
sun finally showed
it's face before it went
out west brother come to visit
and work around the yard
can hear him digging
from over here in the garden
he is building a ladder for
the rose bushes to climb
over the gateway to
the backyard
another beautiful night
ahead with so much
left behind
won't rewind
this time is only
now and beyond...
