some days I like my job
and what I do
putting fruits and vegetables
on tables make it look nice
enough for people to buy
relaxing now as the day
gets crazier in the mind
dinner with my parents
my two favorite people
alone only in the mind
sharing this beautiful space
sometimes just wanna kick it
with a snowshoe wearing ninja
stomping through the door
with purpose knew all along
it wasn't worthless
high fives all day if I have to
some days I look forward
to days of relaxation
no plans nothing but positive thoughts
for mom two weeks to go
strength to finish stronger
tomorrow is a step in the right
direction reminded randomly
to look up and Orion
is still there every night...
