confusion crashing no one wonders
what might come next
in line wrapping around the corner
sharp it cuts me every time
ticking for the young one
going to be a mom
not done being a child herself
looking within will she find the answers
no one can find for her
confusion must be circling her mind
like smoke around my head
sitting alone in the dark...
