nothing to
do with holder
of pen to
page thoughts explode
into
fragments of what once thought
secure in
thinking history
can’t
continue to repeat itself
tearing
through the thick reminders
tell lie
vision brings for what
do they
think any of us would forget
a changed
world now
who can
really be trusted to tell us
what has
happened
crying wolf
so many times
while the
truth is constantly ignored
how is any
of this considered civilized
have we
learned anything
from the
past or
are we
doomed to repeat it…
