while I was
gone
someone went
and changed
things are not
where I left them
there for a
reason
don’t even know
how realistic
all this is
starting to move
at a quicker
pace
only way to
keep up
and from being
down
loud as it all
crumbles
no one really
cares what the score is
just a guess
might be losing ground
just sitting
here saying
what I have to
say so much
times not
standing still
as I sit with
nothing
trying to prove
someone was here
and then they
left as well
as I am left
with book and pen
only these
thoughts
and even they have changed…
